As advertisers, there is limited things we can do. You may experience people opt-ing in and becoming a lead, and being out of your local area. This happens to a lot of people advertising, and there are some counter measures we can take if people are seeing your ads outside of our area. If you are experiencing high volumes of people outside of your local region enquiring, or if people are seeing your ads which are near you but a separate campaign is showing, then contact us and we can add separate measures. Please do consider this is a Facebook (Meta) flaw, and any measures we do implement can make a slight difference, but proves near impossible to get it as good as how it was prior.
