Reduce Your Charges</h1> We understand this is an additional cost to your business, but since we've launched and work with a vast range of partners, it's clear to see that the benefits of having an automated system working on autopilot outweighs the small cost.However, here are a list of things we've done to help with your account: <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Cut down automated messages to less than 160 characters: We've gone through the automated system and tried to eliminate the need for any messages over 160 characters where we feel are neccessary.</li></ul> <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Investigating new platforms: As the current provider is the cheapest in terms of charges and integration into the App, we're yet to find another provider. We are investigating WhatsApp Business and will look at testing and integrating this into the software in the future. Whilst we all consider WhatsApp to be free, to be able to send automated messages it requires WhatsApp APi access, which is an additional fee.</li></ul> <h1 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h1" dir="ltr">Frequently Asked Questions</h1> Q: What happens if my card fails? A: Once your account has used all of the reserves, it will automatically stop sending messages and will not allow you to call. It's extremely important you keep your payment methods up to date for the rebilling to allow for a smoother operation. Q: How do I get the invoices? A: After every successful transaction, an invoice will be automatically emailed to your registered email address. You can also see all of your invoices inside of the Auto Growth App by going to your location &gt; Settings &gt; Company Billing, and seeing all of the invoices on the right handside.
